How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Connect a mailbox, run warmup, and launch a sequence before you decide. No credit card is required to start.
How many contacts can I upload?
As many as you like. Contact uploads are unlimited on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise: there are no per-contact fees and no list-size cap. Plans are priced by sending capacity instead.
What counts against my daily send limit?
One outbound email delivered through SendCanyon, including each sequence step. Warmup traffic between peer mailboxes does not count against your limit.
What happens if I hit my daily send limit?
Sending pauses at the limit and resumes the next day, or immediately when you upgrade. Nothing is lost: queued emails wait rather than fail.
Can I add more sending IPs?
Starter includes 1 shared IP and Pro includes 3, from our shared sending pool. Dedicated, workspace-owned IPs are not available yet; we'll announce it here when they are.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Plans are priced by sending capacity: identities, daily volume, and IPs. Team seats are unlimited on every plan.
Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What does annual billing save?
Annual plans are billed at ten months for twelve, roughly 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
