Plans, limits, and upgrading

What each plan includes, exactly what happens when you hit a limit, and how upgrades, downgrades, and invoices work.

Every workspace starts on a 14-day free trial with full features. Plans differ by sending capacity — sending identities and daily send volume — not by withholding core features: warmup, validation, suppression, and analytics are in every plan, because they're the parts that keep your sending safe. Contact uploads are unlimited on every paid plan.

Sending identities are the mailboxes and from-addresses you send through, and they are what caps your volume — each one sends 50 a day by default, so sends per day scales with how many you connect. Pro adds A/B testing up to three variants and priority support; Enterprise adds an SLA and dedicated support.

What happens at a limit

  • Sending identities: the Connect mailbox button becomes an upgrade prompt. Existing identities keep working.
  • Contact uploads: there is no cap on any paid plan. Import as many contacts as you like — you are never charged per contact.
  • Daily sends: campaigns pause when the daily cap is reached and resume automatically the next day — mid-sequence contacts continue where they stopped. Upgrading raises the cap immediately.

Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling

Billing lives under Settings → Billing & plan and is handled by Stripe — card details never touch SendCanyon's servers. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle; if your usage exceeds the lower plan's caps at that point, the overage behaviors above kick in (nothing is deleted). Cancelling stops renewal, leaves the workspace read-only after the paid period ends, and your data remains exportable for 90 days before deletion.

Invoices and receipts

Invoices appear in the Billing page as they're issued, with PDF downloads, and are emailed to the billing address. Need a VAT ID or billing-address change on invoices? Update it in the billing portal — it applies from the next invoice. Failed payments retry on Stripe's schedule with email warnings before any service pause.

Only the workspace owner can change plans or payment details; admins can view invoices. Questions billing can't answer in-app: support@sendcanyon.com.
